Pizza was delicious overall. The one thing I was really upset and disgusted over was all the workers wore open toed sandles/flip... flops. I really don't need to see nasty toes when I pick up my dinner. Please do better. Read more
This place sucks (Stevens Point location specific). Other locations I have experienced are fantastic, which is why I kept giving... the Stevens Point location another shot. Customer service is decent. Not great but not horrible. Clearly employees don't liketheir job or take pride..its understandable but still. Pizzas are frequently undercooked or overcooked and I have had manypizzas that are mostly charred on the underside. I've had to throw them away (waste of money and time). Had times where theygive me the wrong type of pizza, topping or it just doesn't look appealing. Breadsticks are ALWAYS very ugly looking andmisshapen. Some of them are very small in scale to others, burnt, dried out etc. I used to eat at Little Caesars all the timebut not so much anymore. I still come back every few weeks or months hoping that quality has improved but I am always leftdisappointed. Sometimes, you will get lucky and your order will be pretty decent but 9 times out of ten, it's no good. Ireally don't know what's going on at this location but it can't be that big of an issue...you make pizza andBreadsticks...c'mon. Please don't eat here... Read more
Food delivered to the wrong address. Delivery person lied about calling. Drove around neighborhood trying to find my pizzas.... Store is now closed. Customer service would not provide compensation. Read more
Not sure why everyone is complaining about pizzas not being available. Order online, it will be ready in like 15 minutes or so.... I have never had any issues ordering online. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Sometimes they forget to put a zap pack(pizza seasoning) in the box which is heartbreaking cause I love that seasoning but it's okay the cosmos are just telling me Ihave a sodium addiction and to cool it for a day. A $5 pizza is just that. It was made to order, everything was great till I noticed you only get 1pk of the Zap Pak. Almost had 5... stars. A quick cheap fix. Good job. Read more
