Wanted a great place to eat for my birthday today. So we decided to eat here, I love dark bar and only one was offered on the... menu, I ordered the blue burger and the blue cheese was ice cold and the chips I think are out of a bag. I?ve had brew chips atlots of other places and they are served warm and usually come with some type of dip. This place had nothing. I will never comehere again. So disappointed, as you only have one birthday a year and spent mine here for dinner. Read more
My wife and I have been to Hilltop four times now, and we've never been disappointed. We sat on their really nice patio every... time (good mix of sun and shade options, umbrellas at each table). Twice we brought our doggo, and the staff always bring out abowl of ice water and even a dog treat or two. Most recently, I had the blue cheese burger and my wife had the black beanburger. Both were very good and cooked nicely. The staff are really friendly and provide good service. Really can't say anythingbad about Hilltop! Read more
Recently just moved to the Point area. Decided to try this place out and try the fish fry. I definitely give the experience and... the food 5 stars. The New York cheese cake was awesome too! We definitely will be back. Read more
My friend told me to stop in and try the walleye dinner when I'm in town so figured I'd do that. First of all I didn't read the... fine print on the menu and assumed the fish dinner came with a salad - wrong, the salad is ala carte. Oh well, lesson learned. Portions were hearty - 4 large pieces and the baked potato was perfect. Breading on the fish was a little different than whatI'm used but ok. I noted a somewhat fishy taste to the walleye - a little more than I was used to but still ok. Been to manyfish fries and would rate this middle of the pack at best. Read more
Pleasant little pub with some fantastic outdoor seating. I loved the rustic indoor style and barrel style entrance walkway. My... drink of choice was a cucumber Moscow mule but there was a plethora of other adult drinks to choose from - including beer. Theservice was a bit slow for an unpacked slow hour. This place has a great vibe. The waitress was so incredibly nice! They have a nice selections of beers on tap. The fried fish... was great and the homemade tarter sauce was top notch. The coleslaw was not my favorite but I think that?s just how it?s madearound these parts. They also have tons of room for larger groups of people with multiple rooms of tables. Read more
Great local spot. The food was delicious and great prices. My boyfriend had the walleye dinner and the pieces were huge.
