About 2-3 years ago I had the worst customer service experience of my life at this location. It made me almost never want to... visit again. I?m so glad we did tonight. You can tell staff has changed since. Chauncey was above and beyond the nicestcustomer service worker I?ve encountered in a very long time. Extremely friendly, professional and prompt. He was also greatwith our kid. I would recommend this place to anyone on the service alone, any day. Read more

I absolutely love fazoli's! The subs are out of this world delicious as well as the pasta! I think the bread sticks are... something made in a lab as no other bread sticks compare. Did I mention they Are unlimited!?!? I've never once had a complaintabout fazoli's, the staff is very friendly, and the food is out quickly, and delicious. All in all fazoli's will always have aspecial place in mine, and my daughter's hearts. Read more
