Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, though they start to crumble towards the end, which makes eating on the go... difficult. But worth it. Theirs are my favorite doughnuts in the state. But these lost their chocolate toppings before we atethem. We had to kinda rebuild them to get the TimHortons doughnut experience. They were clearly having a tough morning at thislocation: outta napkins & outta paper towels in the rr, also with nonfunctional hand dryer & slow-draining sink. Service waslight but friendly. I have no idea what has happened to this establishment But I said go here all the time in 2017 2018 and it used to be one of the... best in town. It is so ran down, dirty and garbage all over the place its extremely sad to see. I don't know whether there's newowners or the previous owners no longer care but this place needs serious maintenance/management. Judging how it looks on theoutside i would be worried to see the kitchen area....yikes!!! Read more

Hello and good afternoon ???? thank you for reading my review! Today I ordered off door dash (I don't have a car during the day)... and I ordered timbits which they didn't have and swapped them out for a horrible selection of donuts. I wish they would have hadthe dasher contact me for a preference. I also ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. They said the plain bagel was also outof stock so they swapped it for an everything which I was fine with as I like them. But as you can see in the photo, beingcharged for cream cheese and getting this is just outrageous. I'm extremely disappointed with this store. Have an amazing day????? Read more
The coffee here was awful the last few times I went through the drive-thru. Also who ever heard of not having almond milk or soy... for non dairy users. So I just stopped patronizing this location. They use to be the best in town, not sure what has happened.In addition the to the awful coffee, the outside of this building looks abandoned. High weeds, trash all over the place...itjust looks awful. Dairy Queen Is right next door, with a clean and obviously cared for outside area and makes TH's looks like aslum. Read more
Their ice caps are so good but they never have what you see on the menu everytime you go. And they always mess up the change... amount due: my order came to 8.67 and I gave them a 10 and they only gave me 89 cents back? Read more
If you're looking for a nice coffee place who's workers are nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The Steubenville Tim Hortons... should not be your first choice. Not only were they not able to handle a small four person order, they continued to tell usrather rudely I might add that our order was to big and it took to long. Mind you at this time it was 9:45 am and they were notin a rush. We pulled around to the window and payed and were once again told our order was too long for the drive through andthey rudely threw the food at us and did not say anything to show that they were done handing us our food. This particular storeis a very bad example of how people should act towards paying and respectful customers. Read more
