We go here for dinner quite often as it’s the best food available in Steubenville by far, and almost every time our... expectations are met at a satisfactory level. We went today, 10/29/22 and had server Brandon, and this guy deserves either apromotion, a raise or both! Absolutely phenomenal customer service, extremely polite, and very professional. Had a wonderful time with family (a party of 14)! Nicole was our waitress and she did fantastic. She even refilled my drink... three times! Food was also top notch. We did the call ahead option and only waited for about 10 minutes. Would definitelycome back! Read more
Very good service. Meals prepared to order. Steaks were perfect on the three occasions we were at this restaurant while... visiting the area. Salmon was served just how my husband requested it to be prepared. Every night we were there (party of 5)was excellent from the hostesses, to the waiter (Dustin), and the waitresses (Cori and Jessica) we received very good service. Very good and busy place for no matter what day we visited, there was always a line. Normally, we do not frequent restaurantswhich do not take reservations as we do not enjoy to just wait for an available table at a rate of 15 or 20 minutes wait, but,we did make an exception for Texas Roadhouse because of its reputation and surely, it did not disappoint us. Great food great drinks, andthe country music is blaring which puts me in a good mood almost instantaneously. The vibes are... amazing, the waitresses are beautiful, and just the overall feel and tone of the place sets new standards. Not to mention pricesaren't bad at all. Our service was amazing. My ribeye dinner was awesome. My husband got fish and chips. The fish was good but his fries were cold.... The restaurant in itself was way too cold. My husband went to our car for jackets. The manager said that she was aware andagreed that it was too cold but couldn't do anything about it. Read more
