Loved the chicken sandwich! Miss.katelin W deserves a huge raise! She is always so patient with all of my different ways that we... want our chicken!! Not very often we find someone who is willing to change an order once it's been placed in the app (eventhough it didn't allow you to edit any thing) without giving an attitude or being impatient with us!! Went there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Every employee was nice and good at their jobs. Chicken was hot and fresh both times. I... will only be eating this stores food. Steubenville KFC is 100 times better then Weirton so just go to Steubenville store. Read more
Service was fine, the food on the other hand sucked! The menu board said the chicken sandwich was cook on order, they lied! It... was barely warm and hard to eat! Ordered 3 - 8 piece meals via the app for 1100am. They had it ready to go when I arrived. I asked them to condense it due to a... space issue, and they didn't even hesitate. All the food was piping hot and plenty of food for everyone! Great job team...Looking forward to coming back here in the near future. Read more
Ordered at 5:50 for a 7 pm pickup. Got there at 7 pm and they inform me there are no legs. Then I will have to wait 15... minutes for them. I tell them to just replace it with thighs. Then I am told it will be a while and to pull up and wait. Thegirl acted like it was crazy when I told her I ordered over an hr ago to have it ready at 7pm and didn't. Understand how in thathour they did not have legs ready and hadn't even bothered to pack the food. Like what's the point if I didn't want what Iordered or if I wasn't in a hurry I told have just ordered when I got to the store. Read more
