The store owners of this specific chain and drumheller chain are one of the worst owners I?ve ever had encounters with and even... heard about. The way they treat there employees is a disgrace, they are not fit to be in a place of management. I will becontacting the labour board about the ways I?ve heard and even witnessed the awful management from the store owners. Kathy, Ibelieve? Read more

5 stars when Bonny is working 0 stars any other time. Wouldn't think making a dark roast black coffee would be hard, especially... when you double check and you are told one is. Read more

Nothing had freshness 20min times written (that i could see) , standard cleaning procedures are clearly lacking. Donut filling... (it's the open bakery style) don't have expiry dates. Person on soup&sandwich wasn't using tongs for anything, poor thing willprobably burn herself on the panini press. The person working store front looks like he'd rather be anywhere else. Slow, slow, slow. The mess is the worst part. I can understand not sanitizing the ice cap spinners between drinks, but layers of grime onpots, sticky looking counters, etc- totally unacceptable impo. Especially at 3pm- is morning shift leaving the store a wreck forthe afternoons? I haven't worked at Tim's in years and I just wanted to clean the place. :/ Read more

Not sure if there was new ownership or what but have heard from several current and former staff members that they were let go... or sent home if their drive thru times weren?t good, which is probably why they?re in the situation they?re in now. (Shortstaffed) Such a good way to make your staff improve, with negative reinforcement. I feel so sorry for the people stuck workinghere. Read more

Slowest service imaginable. On a weekday mid-afternoon, went inside to order a regular coffee and tea with a small order of Tim... bits. Took 20 minutes. Staff were so focused on drive-thru that no one was helping the one person handling in store orders evenafter having at least 5 orders backed up. Have had similar issues in the past at this location. Would go elsewhere if at allpossible. Read more
