Ordered at drive thru and the speaker NEEDS to be upgraded/ fixed as it's very hard to hear the staff, have to say "hi" to get... attention and has been like this for a long time. Ordered a chicken strip combo and my pop was just barely half full and thefries were not cooked long enough. Kinda disappointing as it's usually not too bad of food. Read more
1. Dairy queen app is about the worst one out there. They need to make the transition alot smoother and not have to wait 10 min... for them to fiqure out the coupon you are trying to redeem. 2. Waiting another 10min for them to make 2 blizzards are kind ofoutrageous and maybe they need to be more organized. Read more

I came for some late night ice cream for me in the wife is exactly 931pm and it says Dairy Queen is open till 10pm yet there is... no service to be shown?very disappointing. Read more
Absolutely incredibly DISCUSTING!! There are no words to describe how pathetic this Dairy Queen is do not I repeat do not stop... here for food of any kind. We stopped at the Stettler DQ on our way to a family function and literally had to choke down thefood we ordered. So why did we eat it if it was so bad you ask?? Because we took the food to go and ate it on the way to ourdestination. Our french fries were gross and obviously the oil in the deep fryer was extremely dirty as the fries tasted likeeverything else but french fries, and the burgers omg where to start. Basic cheese burgers for our kids were smooshed into thebag and quite literally looked like they had been dropped on the floor and stepped on. The burgers that my wife and I had weresopping with grease and the toppings were absolutely horrific, they didn't even taste like a DQ burger. We are going to call andtell the manager and file a complaint, it was so bad I'm seriously considering complaining to the health department. Read more
Ordered a 6pc chicken basket with onion rings instead of fries and sweet & sour sauce. Got the chicken, didn't get onion rings... (got fries instead) and got no sauce. Employees were possibly distracted, talking about a misunderstanding where one employeewas told they had the day off, when they, in fact, didn't. Bit of an awkward environment. Read more
