Very bad customer service especially the manager Kristena, she?s unprofessional and she has bad attitude with customers
The manager (Christina) of this store unprofessional and she doesn't know how to deal with customers doesn't know the rules of... this job, yelling at people, about me and my family are not buying from this store until they fix this problem with her tellingher to be professional with customers and not to have bad attitude, Teaching her the right way to talk !!! Terrible service?? so unprofessional and disrespectful. The management is very bad as well. They close the store down whenever... they want, and it just looks like a hangout spot rather then workers working. Basically they?re getting paid to hangout, chill,talk however they want towards customers, and do whatever they want while being very unsanitary on the clock. Read more

The staff that work here are the perfect example of the decline and decay of societal intelligence levels. I?ve ordered several... times from this location. They simply do not know how to add cream & sugar to coffee. Not to worry yet I still keep giving themchances perhaps one day they will restore my faith in humanity. If only there?s was a giant machine from the distant futurewith 2 buttons on it labeled ?Cream? & ?Sugar? oh how wonderful and simple it would make adding the right portion to eachcoffee. Instead they actual do in fact have such an amazing piece of technology. If only corporate can send in a professional tohelp train the staff here on how to press the sugar button 1 time for 1 sugar and press it twice for 2 sugars. How glorious ofan achievement and advancement this would be for the human race. Yet sadly it seems the staff are far too undertrained to usesuch a device. Somehow this piece of highly sophisticated advanced machinery which is probably not even from this planet hasdone the excellent job of eluding their basic human understanding. Unless I?m mistaken and this machine requires Harvardprofessors to work out some of the worlds most difficult mathematical equations and formulas in order to calculate the preciseamount of cream & sugar needed for a cup of coffee. Which otherwise I can now understand why the task is nearly impossible. If there was an option for no stars that would be my choice. We have been here a couple times and the staff is rude and never... get the order right. Went today.. $12 ?donation? - coffee order WRONG - didn?t have hash browns for the meal but charged usanyways and the breakfast sandwich was kinda done. Threw out the coffee and sandwich was ok.
