Horrible customer service. The employees were yelling at the customers. Would not recommend!!
No sense of urgency. There was three in front of me. I understand the big order taking up bandwidth. When it's gone and it take... you another 10 min to make a total of 4 sandwich between the next two customers.. I had to leave I spent my whole lunch watchingthem make food. Worst store I have ever been to! Stale bread and waited my whole break to get my food when I got my order Friday. Talked to the... manager, said they would replace today. Went in today to replace and I spent 15 minutes explaining to an employee that I hadtalked to Jim employees took another 15 minutes to make my food there goes my whole break AGAIN then she still tries to chargeme at the end and when I explained AGAIN it was replacement I got an attitude. This Subway had problems in the past in its previous location a couple doors down. After the remodel, it got much better for a... little while, but lately the same old problems started showing up again: they regularly close well before their posted hours,and often run out of ingredients. Meatball Marinara in particular is hardly ever available during visits in the evenings. Ithink this location must have some management issues that were never truly resolved. If you decide to go here, try to do itearlier in the day and maybe you'll have better luck; otherwise, I recommend the one on 19 Mile Road and John R. Road insteadsince they're much more likely to be open in the evenings and stocked, and not too much farther away. Read more
Apparently this location decided to close an hour early despite the hours on the door and website clearly stating 10 PM. Nice... brightly lit OPEN sign as well. The employee "working" refused to acknowledge my confusion when I was met by a locked door. Just stood there by the register. Bang up job Subway... Keep up the good work. Read more
My son and I went back to this location now that they have reopened after being remodeled. We throughly enjoyed our dining... experience. You can definitely tell that the staff deeply cares how well they do their jobs. They definitely care about theircustomers. Bravo to the staff for such an outstanding job. Well done! Read more
SO IRRIATED WITH THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! I went in to get 3 footlong and had a coupon for $17.99 the subs were... made and they denied my coupon stated the subs I ordered I could not use the coupon I felt as though this may have been a racialissue since all the other customers were Arabic and received a discount and me being white did not even attempt to accept mycoupon!!! The coupon literately stated what subs were not included so why was the all american club unable to be purchased whenit clearly stated on the coupon NO CALI SUBS, FRESH MELTS FOOTLONG PRO WRAPS NEW MOZZ MEAT AND NEW SUPREME MEATS THIS IS LISTEDAS A CLUB AND IT IS NOT ONE OF THE EXCLUSIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
