I went on 8/13/2022,Thursday, at 9:30 p.m. only the drive-thru was open. I ordered a Popcorn Chicken meal with a side order of... onion rings. They were the darkest onion rings that I've ever seen. I thought they had chocolate on them but they were burnt.They didn't taste burnt they were actually sweet. I'm going to go back in the daytime to see how they actually suppose to be.The clerk at the window was very professional and my food was hot. I appreciate that part. I will be back though to taste somefreshly cooked not burnt onion rings. Read more
Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Only a couple cars in drive thru line and took us over a half hour to place and... get our food. While placing our order I was asked twice to hold on at which point they missed me asking for a bag of ice for myorder, they didn't review my order after completion so I didn't know what they had or missed then at window when I asked I wastold I couldn't add on at the window...even though they missed part of my order....I then went to the walk up and it took meover 10 minutes just to get a bag of ice! Food usually good and hot. Shakes are always delicious. My one complaint is how the straws are not big enough for shakes, and... the servers apparently don't wear skates anymore. The servers used to be alot more friendly and up beat, and it was part of theexperience watching them skate around to all of the cars. Read more
Haven't been here in ages, I ordered for me and my Daughter online through the app. Andre came out to our vehicle and said they... were out of the onion rings that I ordered. He asked if we wanted to substitute them with something else, which we did withtator tots. He added some cheese sticks cuz he knew we were bummed out due to the onion rings being out. He also upgraded ourdrinks to large size. Andre was very nice to us and the food was hot and fresh. Outstanding customer service! ???? You madeour night! God Bless Sonic and Andre! Gone to this location several times and rarely do I leave satisfied. In addition to the wait times being extremely long, they... sometimes stop serving food and offer drinks only which is extremely disappointing if you don't find out till you reach thewindow. Stopped by yesterday for a shake and line was wrapped around the building. Figured I might save some time by orderingfrom one of the bays instead, since I just wanted a beverage. Pushed the button and waited for at least 10 min...no one came onand said just a min..we will be right with you etc smh. I left...won't be back! Read more
I understand having a short staff sucks, but this sonic was not busy (2 people plus me) and I waited 14 minutes to find out they... never even started my drinks. Late to work and did not get my drinks. Will be calling tomorrow for my $$. Read more
Onion rings were disgusting, burned and greesy. I asked for them to be swapped out for better ones and the ones that were... swapped out were even worst. The only thing good was the lemonade. Read more
