EXTREMELY rude staff. They had no sides available besides beans which I didn?t know so when I asked for mashed potatoes the lady... YELLED at me to inform me. I also asked for two Dr Peppers for drinks and she gave me Sprites and claimed I ordered that andthen she got angry and threw my drinks out and filled them with Coke because they didn?t have Dr Pepper in stock either. BEWARE OF EATING HERE!!! Every time I see the commercials on TV I cringe because I ordered from here a few months ago and got... food poisoining so bad I had to go to the hospital and was sick for nearly a month. I called the store to let them know andthey said the manager would call me back to talk to me but I never received a return phone call so I had to get the healthdepartment involved. I used to be a loyal Popeyes fan and would put up with their long lines, bad customer service and iffyfood quality (depending on what time of day you went) but now I'm done for good. Read more

I ordered chicken tenders and they were delicious. The biscuit was a little dry (forgot to ask for jelly) but still good. And... just asy luck would have it, they were out of mac and cheese :-( but the red beans and rice is always a good option. Read more

The chicken meals and spicy chicken sandwich are great, mashed potatoes, excellent however waiting through the lines is... ridiculous. Hire more people to work the window or open up the inside to the public and hire more people for inside. Dosomething!! No one wants to sit through a line with no less than 20 cars at any given time. Been there 4 times this year, all at lunch time (around noon). Twice they have been out of chicken pieces. First time I thought... it was a one-time occurrence. Today, it happened again. I don?t like to give new negative reviews as I know how hard those employees work. But this time was from the most worse... experience I had with fast food. Chicken were over cooked like its almost burned. Felt sick after eating. Parking lot sign isdamage like someone hit it. After i saw other customers negative reviews.
