I placed a breakfast order through the app while breakfast was still being served 10:23. I even made it to the drive through in... time for breakfast to still be served, 10:28am, when I got to the window my order wasn?t ready due to them being recently addedto the mobile app system, but my complaint is towards the Muslim Manager that stated that since it was now passed breakfast timethat she wasn?t going to honor my order. I explained and showed her proof that I had ordered in time and that it?s her customerservice responsibility to fulfill my order. I waited an additional 25 mins for her to hand me a bag that didn?t have what I hadordered in it. When I showed disgust and anger towards her for not making amends she got frustrated and told me I?d have to nowcome inside the store to get what I ordered. This manager should be demoted and have to take a class on hospitality and propercustomer service ethics. Read more

Line was short when I pulled up, it moved fast. My order was correct when I picked up the food. However the meat was way over... done on my 2 double quarter pounders. it did not taste good, it was hard. The fries were hot and seasoned well and my drink wascold. They really could have done way better with the meat. This is why I just gave two stars. It really spoiled my meal to behonest. Read more
I just left this McDonald?s at about 11:05 AM and today is May 1. whoever was working at this time on this shift has wonderful... customer service and other McDonald?s in the nearby area should try to model after the type of customer service that thislocation has. I literally haven?t felt that good at McDonald?s window in years and they were so smiley and so happy it justchanged my day. this review might look a little ridiculous I know it?s McDonald?s but I cannot lie and I had to make this reviewimmediately! what wonderful workers they are so blessed to have at this McDonald?s location. Worst possible service possible. I asked for cheeseburgers with no mustards so they drench my burgers with ketchup. If you don?t... like your job just leave, doesn?t make sense. One of my top buns is still cold most likely because they didn?t care to heat itup. It probably was on the floor and served. No telling how many times this has happened. Read more
