I've eaten at many Leo's and haven't had a bad meal until this one. The Coney meat was bland. The hot dog was way over cooked... and the bun was hard and cold. Staff was more into their own conversations and cleaning then checking on us. There wasn't manypeople in the restaurant. Not that we needed a lot of attention but it would have been nice to check on if food was ok before wetook the last bite. Read more
The waiter was nice but we had a coupon and asked him if we could use it and he said yes. It was for buy one and get one free.... We asked if it had to be entrees or could it be a salad and he said it didn't matter they would just give us the lesser pricedone free. We ordered accordingly, me ordering a salad and my guest ordering an entrée. When it was time to pay they refused tohonor my coupon and said it could not be a salad. I told them that we specifically asked and were told we could use it. Theysaid we can give you 20% off and that is all. That was nothing compared to the $9 salad that we thought we were getting forfree. They refused to honor the word of their staff and hung him out to dry right with us. We will never go there again. Great service, great food, nice large coney island with a big bar. I had the fried chicken and the skin was wonderfully Crispy... and crunchy. I generally like Leo's and this one is definitely a good one! Read more
It's basically over priced cafeteria food. For the price I paid, I didn't expect such a small bland portion. $10 for whatever... this mess is? I'm currently trying to get a refund back from Doordash. I asked for a 3-meat omelette and they forgot to put cheese on it. So I notified my waitress and she said would you like it... remade and I said yes please. She comes back 5 minutes later with the same omelette that they just threw cheese on. She neveronce refilled our drinks. Her and 5 other workers stood in a group for 10 minutes. We went for Sunday brunch and really enjoyed ourselves. Our server, Rebecca was a real joy; very polite and helpful. My only... complaint was that the cashier was a little standoffish, but not enough to ruin my day. The food was delicious and filling. Read more
