Waited about an hour and a half, never even got the sandwiches. Called twice, finally canceled. Some people work and don't... have all day to wait on their lunch. The absolute slowest and most unreliable delivery service around. Do not order delivery from this location, after 20 plus... attempts the order has yet to make it to our office in less than an hour and usually takes over two hours. It has been an hourand we are still waiting, when I called they said it hasn't even left the store yet and they cannot give me an estimated time ofarrival! Read more
I ordered the Thai Chicken Wrap, which I have ordered once before. When I first tried it, I was raving about how good they were... to my coworkers. I asked for extra lettuce and onions. It arrived totally soaked in the sauce, dripping everywhere, barely anylettuce, no carrots and not sure about cucumber, because it was so soggy. I bought a sandwich from Jimmy John's and the sandwich was late arriving. I called the store and complained and the manager gave... me a credit for the sandwich. No questions asked. This is the worst jimmy John?s I ever dealt with very inconsistent one day they deliver to my house and one day they don?t! I... ordered like an hour and a half ago and I called asking about my order why is taking so long and they say I was out of rangewhile it?s less than 2 miles away from my house! Nothing freaky fast or accurate at this location. Placed an order on the app for pickup, an hour later was never notified of it... being ready, called to ask about order & was told they aren?t making any pick ups orders until the person comes in! Went in toget my order & by then it was made & they gave it to me, got back to work & it wasn?t even what I ordered!!!! Had to go backagain & was never offered a free bag of chips or anything.
