We have been regular customers of this location for the past 18 years. Yesterday?s experience was the worst. It began with me... texting our order thru their app. It didn?t concern me that I didn?t get a response as that?s happened in the past. Uponarriving at the store, I was told that the order did not go thru and that it was a corporate problem. I asked to speak with themanager to see if they would make any adjustment for my inconvenience but was quite rudely told that I could still order it if Iwanted to wait,PERIOD. It was all downhill from there. While I was waiting I asked the employee at the front counter themanager?s name and was nastily told I could ask him! ( employee?s name on receipt was CHRISTIAN) after a while the employee cameback and told me the manager was Ethan. Now the best part, after waiting I was presented with a ROUND pizza when I had ordereda DEEP DISH. ( honest mistake? Hmmm) I accepted the round as I had waited long enough. Upon arriving home, it was if theyforgot/ neglected (hmmm) to put any cheese on it! We ended up throwing the bulk of it in the garbage. Ordered two large 3 topping pizzas from this Jets Pizza store last weekend. Everything starting from taking the pizza order on... the phone, honoring the coupons, ready on time and two delicious pizzas was pretty much perfect. The pizza itself was cookedperfect with the right amount of sauce, generous on the toppings, cheese and baked to perfection. This might be our go to carryout pizza place going forward. Thanks! Let me start out by telling you that it?s a Michigan made pizza? Plus, most of their equipment is Michigan made as well. NOW,... that is something to be proud of!!! Another thing, is their pizza dough is made fresh each and every morning Along with havingfresh vegetables cut up every morning for their salads and toppings for the day?s orders! Everyone at this Location is Verycourteous and as well as professional. They all greet you with a smile as you walk in and smile as you leave with your order!Anytime that I called to place an order via phone, they always spoke clear! Now, as far as the food goes, I?d have to say thatmy all-time favorites are the barbecue chicken pizza, the honey barbecue boneless chicken wings and of course, they?re freshsalads that are made daily!!! They made their bed now they are going to lay in it because I am a very nice guy and I kindly... complained when the pizza was very hard when I did not ask for it well done at all.
