I purchased two subs Thursday night moments before closing. One steak and one chicken, but received two steaks. I stopped by the... store and the manager Ricky refused to correct it. I asked him to replace with chicken and he NO! We don?t do that. You need thereceipt. I showed him my credit card screenshot and offered my rewards number, but he and refused!
