The last 2 times I?ve ordered from here has been terrible! Last night it took ove an Hour and a half to get my pizza and it... wasn?t the hottest! I called and spoke to a manager and all he could say was we got behind! Listen I understand getting behindbut the original quote time was 35/45 minutes! And it toook way longer!! This place has changed, and so are we to a different pizza place that can get our order right. Today will be the last time.... Order BQ wings no sauce on them and a pizza and there was no flavoring on the crust like we ordered. When I told the black girlshe was like I was putting her out. And never said sorry. Absolute worst customer service. I called 4 times and had simple yes or no question?. Does this location offer gluten-free crust... and was told I needed to wait to get a answer because they were busy? I waited the first time for 10 mins before hanging up andcalling again. Ordered 40$ worth of food at 830pm. Was told 30-40 mins for delivery. 1030pm , 2 hours later nothing, no food no call to say... they're behind, nothing. And the store closed at 10pm. Plus this is not the first time I've had a bad experience with the inept,illiterate people that work there! Read more
Manager has a horrible attitude and ZERO customer service skills.. Been going there for years we'll never ever go there... again..asked for well done pizza was def not and asked for Cajun barely any..and she didn't proceed to resolve it inanyway..thought she was just a regular employee rather than a manager by the way she was speaking..rude individual and very badfor business.. If this is well done im scared to know what normal is. The dough is mushy and barely cooked..its been awhile since ive ordered... HH but this location was good at one point ???? pretty bummed. Also like others have mentioned pizza wasnt cut completely eitherso this pizza was recut at the house than put in air fryer...a freshly delivered pizza. Read more

I placed an online order for delivery, closer to closing time than I realized (9:30p, they closed at 10p) But they fulfilled my... order and it was set to be delivered through door dash (staffing issues), needless to say it never arrived. After a couple phonecalls and speaking with Brandon, he chose to turn the oven BACK on, remake my order and deliver it himself, presumably on hisway home since he mentioned locking the doors before heading out with my pizza.
