The guy was really nice, great smile, but there was a huge language barrier. Either he had know idea what I was saying or he... was screwing with me. Either way, I asked for 3 creams in an iced coffee, without an exaggeration, he put in about 10 creams. It wasn?t drinkable obviously. My wake up wraps were lazily assembled. I ordered a frozen drink with chocolate drizzle and got it with cinnamon which I?m... allergic. Not really sure when cinnamon became a thing on Oreo cappuccino blasts. They do not pay attention to order details andalso cannot understand English well. Read more
Got a coffee today and I could tell without a doubt they put powered cream in my coffee. Come on guys, don't start going cheap... on your customers. I will not order another coffee or item again from this location. I go to DD almost everyday. I threw out therest of my coffee. Every DD I go to never used powdered cream, disgusting. Read more
Worst customer service ever!!!!! Ordered a Carmel Latte hot with only 2 pumps of Carmel. A sourdough breakfast sandwich and... munchkins. I told them the Latte was too sweet. Mind you it?s the same way I ordered it the day before. When I told them it wastoo sweet and I couldn?t drink it, they said oh well we made it the way you ordered it and sent me on my way. What?s happened tocustomer service????? They walked away from the window and would do nothing for me!! I got home and they had not even toasted mybread for my breakfast sandwich , so I went back. Though they corrected my Latte and re-toasted my original sandwich and hashbrowns , they were given back to me burned!!! I will NEVER go back there!!! Read more
