Ordered the chocolate devotion pint and got the peanut butter ice cream. I would not be writing a bad review except for the... fact that I am ALLERGIC TO NUTS, PEANUTS AND PEANUT BUTTER. Not only do they have fabulous cakes/ice cream what an amazing staff they have!! I have ordered the same cake for my son?s... birthday for 10yrs now (since he was 16yrs old) at the Madison Heights location.. when I called to order they were having phoneissues. I contacted the Sterling Heights location in fear of the business being closed etc & this young man Caleb not onlyassured me & offered to fill my order, he went out of his way to directly contact an employee,Narmeen,at the Madison Heightslocation knowing this was a 10yr tradition I wanted to keep. Narmeen called me from her personal cell,placed my order,sent me aconfirmation text AND even let me enter the store before they opened knowing I was traveling a distance to spend a short timewith my son! We moved an hour & 30 min north 3 yrs ago & will continue to only order from Madison Heights & Sterling Heights foras long as I?m able!???? Thank You Cold Stone for having such AMAZING employees!!
