Service was good. Value and meal was much better than what you would get at McDonald's.
The manager counted a stack of money, grabbed a cup for some lady, then proceeded to put my food into a bag without washing... hands. Safe to say they will never see me again. Disgusting. Would give 0 stars if possible. Read more

I work down the street so we used to eat here pretty often, however the customer service here sucks and we won?t be going back... after this morning. We sent one of my coworkers to get breakfast this morning, one of my other coworkers noticed that they haveCarmel frap on there website (but apparently not at this location). When we went to order my coworker asked for the Carmel frapand the lady literally laughed at him and said ?this isn?t Starbucks?. There was not reason to be so rude and his English isn?tgreat so that made him feel even worse. I have noticed the attitude of many employees here but have just ignored it, afterworking in costumer service my self for a long time I know it?s hard to be happy all the time but this was overly rude. There isa Burger King somewhere that has to have a caramel frap on the menu and her response was unnecessary. We wont be spending moneyat a place that can?t even have common decency. Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. Waited forever, asked for no onions and when I went to check if they put onions on my... whopper, they did of course. There was hair plain as day in my food. What a S hole Read more
Since we waited 15 minutes for our food I thought it would be fresh and delicious. It was cold and awful. Can't imagine what the... workers were doing while we waited. They were not short staffed, you could see plenty of employees and they mostly just stoodthere talking with each other. It can't be that difficult to make sure fresh food is prepared and served. First off, I'm not a fast food eater. Maybe once or twice a year. This day I was hungry and wanted something asap. So I went... through the drive-through at this burger king location. The staff was pleasant and polite. It took a little while to get myfood, however that's because I asked them to drop my chicken fresh.....and they did! Most fast food places would re-dropsomething old and try and pass it off or just give you cold food. They honored my request. Even my sandwich looked neat andwell put together like (lol) the commercial ????????. This ain't McDonalds .. but I was lovin it!.My food, made my way. Eventhough they seem to be short staff ( literally 3 ppl working, one was a senior) they still gave quality service! To all whoread this review. Please be a little more patient and kind to service workers. They can only do the best they can with whatthey have. If we are all kinder to them it may in return keep them motivated to always do well for their clients and orcustomers. ?? Read more
