This store is very convenient for me, I live close by. Everytime I go in this store the cashier is very rude. He always grabs... the money out of my hands and throws my change at me. Never a hello or thank you. I am so done spending my money here!!!!! Read more
Evening shift cashier has no customer service and to me, comes off as prejudice. This has happened on many occasions. But today... I have decided to make a review. The time frame is always between 9pm and 11pm. I am a store manager in retail/customer serviceand horrible customer service rubs me the wrong way. Tonight at 910pm, myself and friend purchased items and we were notgreeted. We are both black women. However, as we were leaving, the cashier greeted a white couple. Tip top as usual I get my coffee and candy, sometimes even a lottery ticket. Although once in a while the coffee machine dose... spew out HOT water. Overall it's a good place to get a drink or snack. Read more
On June 29th at 12:30am, I called this location about 30 times. I'm a local regular that visits often and normally gets treated... like a white person but not today. They started picking up their phone and hanging up on me.. Casher at night loves overcharging. 3 grill items for 3.39, I got charged $6.90 Told the cashier RUHN he said it?s too late, and... that he doesn?t care.
