The service is usually good and the staff are friendly. There are some cute ones too, like Albert.
The pumps are really slow, putting 20 gallons in here is taking all day. But I just figured out why. The pump screams... advertising at you the whole time you're pumping. Loud, obnoxious advertising that you can't mute with the top right buttonlike at every other gas station. They deliberately slowed down the pump to make you watch more ads. Avoid this wawa if you'rein a hurry or just don't like being forced advertised to while you go about your normal daily tasks. Read more
My orders are wrong or missing items more often than not. Last week my order was missing an item that they were out of. Fair... enough, but they didn't give me a refund like they said they would. This is supposed to be a chicken salad sandwich with cheese, lettuce, spinach, and onion. Looks and tastes like a veggie... sandwich to me. Nothing but cheese, remnants of some chicken salad, and the rest is lettuce. You have one job, and that's tomake sandwiches. You can do a fuking better job than this.
