I went to other convenience stores earlier and they would not assist me with some change to do some laundry. So I went into... WAWA and the store associate was very professional and had good customer service by going above and beyond by asking the managerif he could assist me because he did not have but a couple of quarters. The manager came out and was very friendly and providedme with this request with kindness and great customer service. I always enjoyed WAWA and this is another example why I willchose WAWA over any other store. Keep up the customer service. Makes a huge difference in having loyal customers. This is only my second experience at this Wawa and I had wished for more in the coming future because I believe in second... chances. The first time I visited, my ?crispy? chicken sandwich was not crispy at all and my fries were hardly warm. Last night,I ordered a hoagie that came with extremely chewy bread. I also ordered buffalo mac and cheese that came with a sweet barbecuesauce, not buffalo sauce. Lastly, I ordered an Italian salad for lunch today. You can?t go wrong with salad, so I thought. Aftereating a good 1/3-1/2 of it, I find a leaf. A leaf that you would find on the bottom of your shoe after a rain storm. I am soput off and disappointed. Read more
