Reviews for Taco Bell in Sterling, VA
I went through the drive thru and it took a while to get my order. The food was correct and hot and well made. They forgot sauce... packets though. Otherwise this is a good Taco Bell. Read more
Showed up at 8:57 pm 11/25. And was told the store was closed. According to Google and the signs posted at the store, they were... closed for Thanksgiving. Not black Friday nor was there any info about closing early. It was not a huge deal, I just ran to theone up 7, but I feel like they could definitely do a better job of updating their signs or something. All the lights were on andpeople were in the restaurant. So really confusing. Happy holidays everyone! Read more
Every other fast food restaurant opened their dining room except this one. Prices have gone up but they are trying to save on... staffing by not openingtheir dr... so I'm pretty sure they are not working in the customers best interest but rather their ownfinancial interest. Read more
Not sure if they're newly opened but they're sharing the space with KFC. The lobby was closed for the customer but their... drive-thru was open. I think they'll soon open the lobby but it looked quiet small specially when they're planning to share thespace. Sceptical if the seating would suffice for the two. We could only see limited options for ordering while looking at thedisplay board. Maybe they have full menu available when ordered online. Read more
Twice I ordered online for pick up from KFC more than an hour ahead of the time I wanted to pick up. TWICE I show up and they... claimed they didn't receive an order for me. After giving my name and order number they suddenly find my order and I have towait 15 to 20 minutes more for them to get my order together. Extremely inefficient and annoying. Read more
Taco Bell/Kentucky Fried Chicken was an unplanned stop for food this evening. You can't blame me because since the pandemic... quite a few places remain open or have closed down. So late at night, the options are limited. This location serves both TacoBell and Kentucky Fried Chicken items from their menu. I decided that KFC's menu would suffice to quell my appetite tonight. Iordered four chicken legs with a side of coleslaw because I didn't want to over do it, but price wise - I did. I went throughthe drive-thru because the front site was closed and the posted sign indicated the same. It was a long wait as several othercustomers were in the drive-thru ordering. Not an unreasonable wait time, but it was a wait. The staff at the window wasfriendly and I guess, that explains why they're was a line, they were shorthanded. When I drive off, I puked over to get somepictures of the location. It's not a large facility, but medium sized. And considering my experience at the drive-thru, itappears they're still pretty busy. Taco Bell/KFC store #K071149 clearly has no idea what they are doing. I?ve been there three times and my order was incorrect all... three times and they attempted twice today to get my order correct and it was an epic fail both times. I?ve ordered Quesalupasall three times and the first picture was what I got and to top it off all of the staff argued with me that it was a quesalupaand clearly it?s not. The second picture was their remake to try and get it right and it was so soggy and grease laden that Icould barely stomach to eat it. So I spent $8 and had almost nothing to eat, I had to quit after getting through half of theirremake because of the grease. They clearly don?t know how to make their own food, the manager had no idea that it was supposedto have two outer shells with cheese in between and I even showed him a photo of it. It?s surprising that people don?t takepride in their work anymore even if it is being an employee of Taco Bell, SMH. Read more
Used drive thru. Local taco bell. Usually no issues ordering. No complaints, will be back. Inside just now reopened.
