This is an inconsistent services. Ordered the monster sub, gave the cashier the coupon, she said she would charge $2.00 more... for the bacon since not covered by the coupon. Nothing in the coupon excluded bacon and the order was by the item on the menu.Didn't want to argue, just paid and waked out. I have been eating here many times and this was the 1st that upset me. The associate working today 02/24 was phenomenal. The food was also. However the 1 stars is for the leadership of this... franchise. Many times I come here during lunch hours there is only one person working 5+ people waiting in line. This inunacceptable as a business owner to have a single employee working under these conditions. Food prep area was wet and full of leftover food from other orders. Cut my sub with a dirty knife. Poor sanitation practices.... Paid left put the sandwich in the trash. Worst subway I have ever been in. Read more

I live close to this location so I have been several times. The food is on par with most of the restaurants, although veggies... often look wilted/old. My issue is more with the slow and rude customer service. I have come in and waited for 10 minutes forsomeone to assist me while employees laugh and joke around in the back. The service is always very slow, even with only 1-2customers in the store. Today, I ordered online to save time. I forgot to request the bread be toasted, so I tried to call into fix it. I called about 15 times before someone picked up. Once they answered, I explained my request, and they told me tocall back later because they were too busy right now. I told them that was unacceptable customer service and that I would holduntil they were free because it took so long for anyone to even answer the phone (this is at 10:45 am, not lunch rusheither). After holding for 12 minutes, someone comes on and I explain my request to please have the bread toasted on my onlineorder. I had to explain it 4 times before she finally said okay we will do that. She was about to hang up and I said, do youneed to know my order number or name so you know which order to fix? She says "oh, ummm. Well we didn't get any online orders."I told her I was already charged for it and have an order number. I gave her the confirmation number and confirmed the storenumber and address. She said it didn't matter because they didn't get it so just order over the phone with, which I did. About5 minutes after hanging up, I got a call back saying that they couldn't make the sub because they didn't get an order and can'tprove that I paid for it and I would have to come in with a printed receipt to show I paid and it was their store and then theywould make the sub for me. I couldn't even cancel the order and be done with it because they can't find it. I just feel like itis always something with this store. I live in walking distance from this subway so I go every once in a while. Never had a bad experience. Service is usually just... as quick as any other subway and most of the employees are nice...with a few exceptions. Read more
Awful.... Asked for subway vinaigrette on my salad and didn't pay attention to what she put on it. Turns out it's just straight... up vinegar. I know because I order this salad from different locations every time and this tastes gross. I wanted a cup for icewater to go and she refused me. Hire people that speak English please. Read more
