I like stopping in on this particular Subway sandwich shop operated by two persons, now, when it use to be Claudia by herself.... When you enter nothing much has changed and always well-maintained. You don't wait on the line too long depending on the timeof arrival. Like usual as i come in through the door and the girls are hustling to serve each customer, some with singleorders and others with multiple orders. What I found fascinating is here level of professionalism and the accuracy in which shefulfilled each order. When I it was my turn I complimented her and asked where her helper was, she replied, it's just me. I wasvery impressed because not only was she running the shop, but kept clean and accessible for the customers that continued to stopin to order. This pleasant person was definitely not demonstrating any signs of fatigue, but I think it was admirable that shewas doing so much as a one person show. She prepared my sandwich to my satisfaction and without delay. I managed to takepictures of this clean location and the immaculately kept interior.
