I understand they?re understaffed but they have terrible customer service I sat in from of the cash register for 10 minutes and... there was only one person there he was busy making drinks but he kept staring at me like I shouldn?t be there but never verballyacknowledged me or let me know he?d be right with me. I finally just left. This is the second time this has happened, the firsttime I sat there ten minutes only to finally be told they were actually closed while the employee looked at me like I should?veknown there were closing at 5 for 20 minutes. 4/23/21 8:25 am One person was ahead of me in line. The employee working was slow and disorganized. In 5 minutes of serving one... person, she did not even start making her drink and continued chit-chatting. Good customer service does not mean just a niceattitude. The effectiveness of the service provided is critical. You can have an endless chat but please be able to provide theservice in a timely manner with the respect to the other customers. Two people were ahead of me in line. I waited 15 minutes to order., with a coupon for 20% off a drink. The two employees working... were disorganized and slow. After my 15 minute wait, I go to order only to be told they are out of black ice tea., the onlything I order at Starbucks. Not cool, walked away not getting anything and spending a long time waiting.
