Enough seating to satisfy the coffee shop chill vibe. I always look for this in a Starbucks. Someplace comfy. Nice wrap around... patio to enjoy the weather, all covered which was really nice. Tables & chairs, etc could be kept cleaner tho. Had Apple SpiceOatmilk Hot Latte & it's delicious!! Will be back to this location. Read more
I would give 0 if I could the customer isn't right with the manager at this store. The (manager) JEN OR JENNIFER is super rude... and I've never seen a (manager) argue with a customer (which was me) then on top of that she actually charged me for a refill when they are free with the app. Fine I respect your store policy and can only get one coffee at a time. But dont sit there andre charge me for it & you want to get on policy wheres my sticker for my cup showing that I paid????, but dont keep pushing mybutton when I said that's fine let's just move on.Shes the type of person that likes to make a simple situation become difficultand shouldn't be a manager or be in customer service. Its funny how you call yourself a manager, but yet it you just have tohave the last word after the conversation is and was over. Visiting Giants in the Cascades Shopping center, I visited the Starbucks forgetting that they had royally messed up my tea order... for coffee. On arriving the Police were finishing up some sort of problem and there was a line for orders. The Mangerapologized. I ordered my London Fog which is a tea latte and although the line finished quickly, saw that my cup which requires2 teabags was sitting on the counter and no one was paying attention until asked. Even then it too an abnormal amount of time toprepare. They also got my breakfast item wrong. This is now the second and last time I will visit. One of the best Starbucks outlets in the Northern Virginia. The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. My order was... prepared in accordance with instructions provided by me. I can't decide between a 2-star (dislike) and 3-star (it's okay), it's in there somewhere. The service was VERY slow for having... 5-6 employees behind the counter and in the back and there was literally no line. There were a few drink orders, I only got atall cold brew and a tall pike. For someone who lives in NYC, I might expect a much faster pace (they would not be able to keepup) and why I'm giving it an "okay" as I know this was not NYC. Read more
We stopped by this store today 2 minutes before closing (we did not realize this when we walked in). The staff was amazing. They... were super friendly and did not rush at all. I think I would have been annoyed if someone walked in as I was closing up but theydid not show that at all! This Starbucks is amazing. They always remember my order details and my name. My go to drink is either a triple espresso or a...
