Friendly people most days, and they have inventory when other stores in the area are limited. However it is also the slowest... Starbucks in the area. Might be why they have inventory on stuff, I?d rather go elsewhere if I have options to get the same fooditems. Read more

Terrible service. It took 25 mins to get the order ready & still not the correct order.

Worst experience ever. Waited for almost 20 minutes for my drink to be handled to me. And that is already 10 minutes after I... placed a mobile order and told him the name for my order, which raised it up to over half an hour. Pike Place Coffee tasted like dregs. Disappointed. Both my wife and I had separate cups and agreed it did not taste good. ... Usually fine. When I called, Starbucks staffer did apologize and offer to give free coffee replacement next time. Read more

This Starbucks is hands-down my favorite in Sterling so far. They have never made our drinks incorrect in anyway. I really like... the customer service, super friendly and attentive to every detailed request. It was awful, there was no traffic and just two customers in the store and one person in front of me in the drive-through line... and it took 10 minutes to get my drink even though it was ready to be handed. And top instead of getting an Ice shaken espressoI got a upside down macchiato that had more dairy than caffeine. First and last time at that location. Read more
