This is only the second time I visited this particular location. I tried them once when they first opened. Both times the... chicken tasted like it did not have enough flavor or seasoning. The chicken I got this second time also did not taste fresh eventhough the staff told me it was. I won?t waste my money at this location again. Read more

Check your bag, your order, before you leave the drive thru and counter. The store has shown a trend of not providing... everything the customer purchases. One order, in the drive thru, I was missing a sandwich. Another day, I purchased a fiveprice and found only four in the box. It appears that the stores attention to detail is lacking in one of the most basic areas,to deliver what the customer has paid for. Read more

Great food... Busy location. Not all employees were wearing masks and some not properly. Oh, and they forgot to put napkins in... our bag - otherwise it was good. I'd go back again! Love that chicken from Popeye's! Read more

Usually go to the one on Westfields Blvd but decided to give this on a try since it opened not too long ago and it has a drive... thru. BIG MISTAKE! Tried to order on the app but when I chose this particular location it said that the order could not beprocessed, I tested it out and changed the location to the Westfields? store and their system was working fine. So I decided tojust drive there and order at their drive thru. It took about 35 minutes to sit in line at the drive thru on a Sunday at 3:05PM. Ordered 4 Classic Chicken sandwiches, 2 with no pickles or mayo, 1 with no pickles and the last regular. 1 side for eachsandwich 2 fries, a Cajun Rice and a coleslaw. After I paid I sat at the window for about 5 minutes when one of their employeestold me that it was taking longer for my order so did I mind moving forward a little so they could continue helping clients. Hadno problem and moved forward. 15 minutes later a guy comes out with a mask not covering his nose and asks me, ?What did Iorder?? I told home you have to be kidding me just give my money back. He gets annoyed and says how do you want me to get yourorder if you do not tell me what it is? BTW I was the ONLY car waiting for an order that did not get it at the window. He askedfor my receipt and I tell him your cashier did not give a receipt and he HE is frustrated that I don?t have a receipt. He keepsasking for my order again and I ask him if he wants to write it down to remember and this annoys him even more so I just recitemy order and he leaves. 10 minutes later he gives me a bag of food and says ?sorry for the wait, I threw in an extra pie in theorder. After ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES I just wanted to leave, got home and the 2 of the sandwiches were not made right, itlooks like they used chicken tenders instead of the normal breast of chicken AND NO FRIES.
