On Friday morning, 10-7-22, I went through drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by the WONDERFUL customer service from... Dana...who took my order...she was CLEAR letting me that I could only get a happy meal know during lunch...and breakfast was nowbeing served. She was patient and kind. After 3 visits prior here experiencing BAD customer service, I was going to pass thisMcDonalds up...but as hungry. So THANK YOU...we need more people like Dana. She needs to be a manager or get a raise orsomething. I'm a business owner and look for people like this. Read more
HORRIBLE.Take the extra 5 min drive to a different McDonald?s. I understand fast food isn?t a 5 star meal, but this place... doesn?t even do the bare minimum. Let?s just say, the wait to order was long and my food was wrong. When you get to the windowto pay they don?t even make eye contact with you or say hello, they just stick their hand out for payment. They don?t evenconfirm your order to make sure it?s right or even let you know what your total is. Once you get to the last window they won?teven open the window, they will let you know with hands signs to WAIT on your order. Once the food was given to me I check thebag and of course wrong, walk inside to retrieve what I ordered and I see the ceilings falling with a huge leak?.makes youwonder what your food is cooked on.SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND PATIENCE. AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR ICECREAM! Why can't these people learn how to make a proper sundae? I have gone four times recently and... they simply refuse do it correctly. It has to be the training. Or they have been instructed to do it this way. The other nearbyMcDonald's are able to make it just fine. It seems this owner wants to save a few pennies and tells his staff to skimp. Order food through the drive through and receive food - move on. However, if you go inside - it's disgusting, unclean, dirty,... not mopped, and a total disarray in the main dining area. Make sure you don't have to wash your hands or use the bathroom -totally a mess in there. Standing water, urine, broken sink, no liquid soap, have to touch the sink faucet under the nozzle toget the motion sensor to turn on the water. Water every where - huge safety hazard! The workers make the food -give you the food- collect a paycheck ... that's about it. Cleaning is not on the list of things to do here. The owner should be ashamed thatthis fast food joint is in the shape it is -- horrible! Read more
The rudest workers I have ever dealt with. I will never stop by this place again. Couldn't find my mobile order or speak enough... English to sort it out. Simply said no order here have a nice day even though my card was charged for the food. No one was anyhelp manager is a joke. Read more
Very bad customer service. We went through the drive thru first and both didn?t work, either that or they just didn?t want to... take our order because we heard nothing. We went inside to order and the man taking our order, who you can see in the photo, wasvery rude to my friend. My friend tried to show him a coupon he had for a birthday pastry (because not surprisingly the kiosk donot work either) and he angrily told him to not ?shove it up his face?, mind you my friend didn?t put his phone anywhere nearthis man?s face. The counters were a complete mess with trash in display. They yelled our order number when they didn?t evengive us our receipt to know the it. Overall very bad experience please don?t come here. If you're looking for a McDonald's fix I would recommend finding a different location. It gets the job done, but the staff and... quality is definitely subpar (even for McDonald's). Our fries were soggy, as if they were sitting for a while, and the softdrinks had a weird sweetness and after taste to them. Ultimately couldn't get through either and tossed them. Read more
