I was in and out in like 10 minutes no errors overall 10/10
We were lucky enough that this location was nearest to us when we stayed in Fairfax VA. It's clear the employees work hard and... take great care in making pizzas. Hands down, the best Stuffed Crust and best ExtraMostBestest we've had in 10 states. We'reLittle Cesar's fanatics, and have had experiences ranging from very poor to very good. The parking lot is pretty small so it could get oacked quickly. We got lucky and found a spot around the back end. They always... have the lunch combo at a very cheap price and always got and ready (which is their motto) so hey, extra kudos! I got thepepperoni pizza lunch combo with pineapple crush and it was just perfect! Cheap and quick! Their cash register associate wasvery efficient and polite. I was in and out in less than five minutes. It took me loner to get back to the car because a lady inthe parking lot was doing a 10-point turn. Bless her heart. Read more
Came to this location around 9:15 PM they close at 10PM. I am new to the area and had never been to this location. It was... difficult to find it in the shopping center because all of the outside lights were not lit up along with the open sign which wasturned off. I called the store to get some guidance as to where exactly they were located in the shopping center and no oneanswered. All other stores in the shopping center had working outside lights including the neighboring stores. I finally foundthe location. Initially I thought they had closed early. However, I was able to enter. Once I entered the female that wasworking never greeted me. In fact when I said hello she just looked at me and didn’t respond back. I placed my order and shenever said thank you, have a good night, nothing. Definitely was not friendly at all. I called the store again today to speakwith the Manager and inform them about my experience and again no one answered. This is why I decided to complete a review. Read more
So how do I even start, well I went around 6:45 pm and right before I ordered a young lady came in with an aggressive tone and... attitude and started to yell to the staff. It seems that this young lady works there because she brought her personals problemsto the job and started to insult another staff member over some personal things that could’ve been talked after work or in aprivate place, the young lady that was being attacked for no reason handle her posture and knew how to react, props to her. Butthat doesn’t change the fact that there were customers inside waiting for food and had to listen to all the commotion, makingsome of the customers leave the store. I had to leave as well because this young lady was disturbing the staff and theycouldn’t do their job. This is a really bad picture to Little Caesar because management let personal problems take overbusiness hours. No one didn’t have a name tag so I cannot tell who it was, but management should look deep into it and suspendor even fired the responsible for all this fight and insults while having customers waiting for pizza. It was my very first time purchasing a Pizza at Little Ceasars today. I was just craving pizza and I didn't want to go to the... big name pizza places or the local Italian eatery. I wanted something quick so I could fulfill my hunger. So, I headed to thelocal shopping centerto see if I could find something and there in the right was Little Ceasars. I walked in was greeted by theassociate, who went in to explain what the Little Ceasars Pepperoni Cheeser Cheese Pizza was - I mean it was obvious, but I liketo gauge the level of customer service by asking questions. So, my asking simple questions didn't change the attitude or levelof service provided. One cod day it was friendly and informative. The Pizza souks take about 10 minutes because the last one wassold and headed out the door as I was coming in. As promised the Pizza was ready, made fresh and ready for me to take out. WhenI got home the Pizza was still very warm and very appealing at first glance. The Pizza was definitely tasteful and reminded meof NYC Pizza, which is a compliment. The crust was thick and sprinkled with cheese and the size was good enough for me and myappetite. Overall, I would say my experience and appetite were satisfied. Read more
