I am a regular at this location and love KFT's bubble tea. However, the last few times I have come I have been deeply... disappointed. While the tea was good, as usual, I do not think I will be coming back as the customer service has gotten worseand worse each time I go. I am always very polite and not picky, but whenever I come some of the employees are extremely rude.The other day when I came to get bubble tea, a young man was quite literally rolling his eyes and sighing as he took orders,even to a grandmother and her grandchildren. It left a poor taste in my mouth. If it was a one-time thing, it is easy to brushoff, but it has been this way probably the last 5 times I have come. Not to mention, the last two times I have come they gave mesomeone else's drink. Again, not a big deal, but they act like its my fault and have such bad attitudes it makes it harder toforgive. Great customer service. The staff is always so attentive and kind. I never truly know what to order, and they were sharing great... suggestions, and I ended up loving my drink. They also made a mistake with my drink, and immediately fixed it. Love this place! Read more
I prefer this location over the Mall, I like the Oreo flavor with extra ice, my son gets strawberry slushy, my husband and... daughter enjoy the mango slush with boba as well. Never had a incorrect drink made or any complaints on the drinks. Thecustomer service is good i also only go once a week in the early evening, I've had eyes rolled at me, and drinks handed to meaggressively at the mall location on different occasions. so I don't have anything bad to say about the kids who work at thisplace. At all. they've hired some new peeps recently so please come with Patience during your visit. Read more
I usually get wow milk coco cream here, and always it was so tasty! But I don?t know why the bubble were so hard to chew it... yesterday. I could not drink at all. Terrible customer service does not even begin to describe this place. As I walked to the door of Kung-Fu Tea, a guy stood up in... my face from a bench, then when opened the door he almost knocked me down. I honestly thought he was drunk, high, or just aperson without a home, so I did not say a word. I also held my tongue when he walked right in front of me as I approached theregister to order, going to what I thought was the restroom. However, he walked behind the counter and put on amask. ?????? So, I placed my order, then this "person" making my drink decided to tell me what I ordered from the person atthe register, and although he was wrong, doubled-down AND got extremely confrontational. Seriously, over a drink. I am not sureif this is supposed to be a bad area of town (I just moved here.), but dang. I do not often get bad customer service, but whenI do I will always let people know the places to avoid. Read more
They don?t have ?honey dew? flavor!!! Why?!? Besides that great service, good menu and great variety of teas, slushes, shakes... and nice clean store. I?m hoping they can add this flavor to their menu so I can go there often. Read more
Top tier service and drinks. One of their workers, Anderson, provides quality customer service and mind boggling gourmet... drinks. Someone give the man a raise! Other than that, the place is very clean and the atmosphere is very glamorous and fresh. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a good boba tea to visit this location ASAP. Read more
