What in the World!!! First, the staff is great. They are very customer friendly, efficient and the very best. The cost is also... reasonable. The Absolute WORST carry out I've been to......Order always online.....get to KFC Sterling and always a major problem, No record... of my order, ask me my name 5 times, fifth time I YELL IT AT THEM......then they go back n forth to wherever, finally appearingagain and asking me what I ordered, and I tell them for the fight time. Then they find my order. Food hasn't been bad, butgetting your order is like getting a colonoscopy without anesthesia!!! Absolutely the worst drive thru in the area. After making a simple order i was greeted with a price at the window 8much higher... than it said on the sign.. When i asked why they then told me what they thought was my order and i let them know it was notcorrect. Instead of just politely amending the order they proceeded to rudely insist i was wrong and then a second employeechimed in saying the same thing but in a harsher and ruder tone. I will never return to this KFC especially when I can go up thestreet to Chick fill A and be treated with respect. Read more
If I?m craving chicken (which is often), I generally go to Popeyes. However, I decided to grab some food here instead (terrible... decision). I purchased the 3 piece big box meal that came with 3 pieces of chicken, a dry looking biscuit and 2 sides (mashedpotatoes and fries). For starters the chicken was beyond dry and definitely not fresh. In fact, at one point I genuinely thoughtI bit on a bone and possibly cracked a tooth. Upon further inspection my tooth was still intact for those concerned. The mashedpotatoes are a super whipped consistency and don?t even know if it?s real or not. The fries I could work with IF it was fresh,however my Dr. Pepper (the one thing that could?ve made this situation better, tasted nothing like it and was extremely watereddown!). The whole experience was highly disappointing, and it reminded me why it?s been years since I?ve had KFC. It's a KFC and it's one of the renovated ones. The staff are fair, though I often have trouble understanding them in the drive... thru squawk box. Usually a bit greasy, but this seems to be a KFC signature thing. The store and bathrooms are usually prettyclean to spotless, and the kitchen is always clean. Read more
