Walked in, very slow, still waited about 5-8 minutes because the staff was socializing behind the counter. No sense of urgency,... and also saw one employee pick their nose with no regard to who was around or in the store. Extremely disgusting andunprofessional. Good thing I only had to come here once. This location will mess up your order every. single. time. It's like they just don't bother to read what's actually on the... mobile orders. Order white cheddar, you'll get American cheese. Order Turkey sausage, you'll get regular sausage. I could getpast this but the staff isn't very polite when you need corrections no matter how nicely you ask in person, and the donuts tendto be stale first thing in the morning. Read more
Came inside to buy a coffee and donut. Stood at the register for 5 full minutes while the 3 employees behind the counter filled... other orders, organized the donut trays, and who knows what else. At no point did anyone even acknowledge my presence or saysomething like "We're busy right now but will be with you as soon as possible." I've started buying my coffee at Cold Spoonfurther down in the shopping center. Its as good or better than Dunkin' and I am happy to be supporting a local business. Read more
I go to this DD almost everyday for 2 months and the food was great until just this week been horrible. The macchiato is almost... taste like is in the bottom of the pot with the black beans floating around and tasted super bitter not in a good way disgusting???? the pancake as if you are eating card board, What a waste of money they are getting expensive now too don?t mind paying thegood food but this one not worth it. Horrible. I was at this location today and waited almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. Upon arriving there was a huge line. My... food was ready BUT not the coffee. Everyone who ordered in person (after me) received their items. I had asked multiple times,they kept telling me it was next. Now, I left with my coffee & it?s taste disgusting. I ordered a signature caramel latte andthey forgot to add the whipped cream. This location has gone downhill. I use to order pretty much every other day on my 10 minbreak. The wait time is ridiculous!!! The manager knows weekends are busy, stop being stingy and add more staff on your busydays. Read more
Very dirty. They don?t even clean off the countertops or registers. Crumbs all over. Makes u worry about what your eating
