So first time ordering dominos in a while not because I don't like them but they don't deliver to my house not the point though... I order a pizza that had black olives among other things but the olives are the important part because I'm now sitting in myoffice with a chipped tooth because of a black olive I just bit into apparently domino's likes to put whole un pitted olives ontheire pizza like some kind of psychopaths thanks guys I'll be sure to send the dental bill! Worst Dominos pizza in this Area. We placed so many orders from Herndon Elden st one is great Store but Sterling Dominos pizza... store are worst. Staff are unprofessional, yelling the customer and misbehaving. Specially the guy name was chris. Pleaseavoid to order from this store and try Herndon one. Read more
I ordered at 8 they made me wait an hour and not even a call. Even if they had one person why did they say it was gonna take an... extra 40 min to get to just because I called.... Forget that unprofessional and anything they say won't make up for it. Theykeep messing up and I live 4 min away in car. How can they not get to me this is sad Read more
Placed an order on 8 40 got an estimate till 9 to 9 15 I got there at 9 20 everything was clean as they closed but no staff and... the door was open and lights on i waited for an hour and half and kept calling got no answer and on the tracker it sayscomplete!!? wheres my food Read more
Store canceled my delivery order after 30 minutes of waiting with no explanation as to why. Not happy, complete waste of my... time. App says to call the store. Tired calling multiple times and no answer. Ordered from Pizza Hut. Shame I get dominosdelivered pretty regularly (just not from here) since I travel in a service truck. Ordered a veggie pizza to break our fast and found bacon chunks in it. Went back to the store and instead of apologizing or... making the order right, the cashier argued over the eaten slice and how the bacon came from their cutter. Rude andunprofessional staff. Read more
Ordered pizza and cinnamon twists. Pizza was perfect, however, I received garlic twists which isn?t what I ordered. Called and... store was apologetic and had cinnamon twists immediately sent to my house. When the driver arrived it was simply baked breadwith cinnamon and sugar only on the bottom of the container, there was no glaze actually on the twists. Plus, I receivedMarinara with the cinnamon twists instead of icing. Read more
That pizza was atrocious. How do you mess up a basic pepperoni pizza? It was scorched. It looked like you guys put it through... the oven a second time. It was way too crunchy and very poorly cut. I?m going to have to forget about Dominos from this pointforward. Good thing Little Caesars is nearly next door. Read more
