The manager is definitely very rude. Last time I went to pick up my pizza his demeanor and attitude towards me seemed quite... accusatory and disrespectful, he has no sense of customer service. I don?t want to return to this store because of him, I justdon?t know what else he might do. They can?t seem to be able to pay attention to the carside delivery app, they are always latein seeing that customers are ?checked in? after the online orders and he just makes it worse and blames the customer. When they get your order right, it's pretty good pizza. My most recent order instructions were ignored and the order itself had... a substituted item with no notification to me. It seems you have better luck winning a lotto scratcher than actually gettingyour order completed correctly in a timely manner. Read more
The last time I ordered my order was wrong, but was corrected with a free pizza. I used that coupon this time and am so very... impressed and satisfied with the food but especially with the woman who delivered my food, Annette. She had about 3 or 4 ordersin my building that she was dropping off at the same time. She took the time to ensure that my order was indeed mine and thecorrect order she was dropping off. By far the worst service I've ever experienced with dominos. I ordered my food at 12:31 and got a confirmation email for it. The... email said my food was being prepared but the next time I checked there was an error screen and it stayed that way. At 1:16 Icalled the store to check and a man picked up saying "Hello, thank you for calling dominos, we've been closed for 16 minutes."Then immediately hung up. We order dominos 2-3 times a week, no joke. Our house was under renovation with no kitchen and dominos has been out go to. We... moved to Sterling about 8 months ago and have ordered consistently over and over again, however even though our order isliterally never perfect, we are generous with our tips and keep going back. (maybe stupidly!). This is the pic of my lastsandwich and my finances was the SAME. literally 3 pieces of chicken (2 small pieces) on the whole sandwich. Burnt and zerosauce. It was awful. They forget to put sauce on 8/10 times even though we call to remind them. Last time we were one holdfor 10 mins just to REMIND them to put on sauce. Terrible, terrible customer service. Ordered a garlic Parmesan sauce based pizza as always and today I got it burnt. This was my 4 th similar pizza from the same... store but the previous ones were good. Called the store to ask why my pizza was burned and I got a reply saying ? sir if I makethe pizza again it will still be burnt due to the sauce? didn?t expect that answer from a dominos pizza store.
