Another great place to eat was found today in Sterling, VA right off of Potomac View Road. Behind the Kohls this Italian... restaurant is hidden off from customers who will appreciate good food and the best experience wine dining in. Customers are andsouks be raving about Deli Italiano Sterling, one of sevwral restaurants in their chain of great food. I stopped here at theDeli Italiano and was treated to a hard-pressed hamburger with fries. The burger was cooked to perfection. I even got to meetthe cook to express my experience with this hamburger that literally exploded in my mouth with flavor. I was fortunate to dinein because I also met the pleasant and sincere young woman managing the restaurant. She took time out to explain the restaurantoperations and there hopes for the next few months to serving the community. And because the local schools are closed thisbusiness can't serve as the normally would and this is why I'm asking you readers to dine here and show some support for ahumble business that had done so much for their community. They support local businesses by purchasing their desserts from aFredericksburg local supplier. I really can't stop saying how much I like this place on the people that work here. I don?t usually leave reviews, and when I do it tends to be for something positive. I?m going to be honest and say this is the... worst food I?ve ever ordered from a restaurant. I ordered chicken parm and asked for Alfredo on the pasta instead of marinara,which they did, and I appreciate. However, when I received my food, it was basically Alfredo sauce and spaghetti with cut up?chicken?. I put chicken in quotes because half of it was skin/fat! The sauce was also flavorless. There wasn?t evensauce/cheese on it like typical chicken parm. If it was just the flavorless sauce I wouldn?t be posting, but the fact that thechicken was barely edible and there was no sauce and melted cheese on it, is what make it so egregious.
