It was better 25 years ago. Many features are outdated. I did love the salad bar option and the pizza was very good

Jess the manager on shift today was very helpful after the misunderstanding at first. We have almost 400 tokens and no longer... cna use the machine to turn them into play points. She was able to take my token and give me the play points for what we had. Iappreciate the help and this is what I like to see from a customer service perspective. Help the customer fix a problem. I was pleasantly surprised at how good of time my two kids, wife, and I had here. Pizza was decent, they sell beer and wine, and... games are great for little kids and little big kids. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food came out really quickly. 1hrwas plenty of time for my 5 yr old and 1.5 yr old. I didn't give five starts because this location facility is missing somelove - carpets are really old, a couple of the machines weren't working, some of the machines are really old. Chuck E. Cheese? Annoying customer service! Most of the staff that work there are very rude. Management needs to work to train... their employees. Or really a new manager! We went to try and have a nice family day out with our 2 little girls. My youngestdaughter had a very special blanket that she always carried everywhere. But unfortunately I took it that day and we forgot itat the table where we had dinner. Then I saw how late it was and so I called and told them that I had forgotten the blanketthere, I told them what table it was on and they went to look for it and they found it right there, because my daughter and wewere very happy. They told me that it was the next day that they would keep it in a place to give it to me because they weregoing to close and they couldn't wait for me! Well, it's understandable, I thanked them and came back the next day. When Iarrived, a very rude lady told me that she didn't know anything and that the young man who had had her was not there and thatshe had two days off and that she had to come back later. Well, wait and I'll be back on the indicated date. They told meagain that they couldn't find her that they didn't know anything about her. They rudely didn't even want to give me anyexplanation. I told them I wanted to speak directly to the manager about her but he wasn't there. I left them my contactinformation and they would call me if they found it! They didn't return the call either. Then, after about a week, I calledagain and finally managed to talk to the young man, who told me that he would keep it. He explained to me that he put it in thelost and found cabinet to turn it in the next day, but the blanket was lost, it just didn't show up, the manager didn't eventake the time to investigate which of the employees took it. We went to a birthday party (small- socially distant) on a weekday and it was wonderful, we were the one ones there, staff was... attentive, and bathrooms were cleaned. I was so impressed I booked my daughter?s birthday too for over the weekend.Unfortunately that was not as impressive. I understand is COVID, you should?ve just been ready for your crowd, especially if youeven have a limited capacity. They took long to attend to us and start our party, I felt rush when asked if I wanted the showand to sing happy birthday (I was waiting for the kids to finish their points), some machines were not working, and people werenot following the rules of one person/family per machine. Kids love it but I wouldn't recommend it as a place for adults to eat. Tasteless pizza and a salad bar that sits out all day.
