Why is it that this place is still open? Every time we come in to Sterling from out of town we like to go to Burger King. Only... problem is that their ?dine-in? is NEVER OPEN!!! My husband and I saw about 10 people walking up to the door and having toleave. When asked questions at the drive thru they said they were going to open but NEVER DID! What a joke of a place and a jokeof staff!!! They see people knocking and wanting in and don?t know even care or bother to see anything. Very unprofessional!!! Read more
Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal and an oreo shake. Didn't ask what kind of drink I wanted with the meal. After paying... (given back the wrong change) the guy says " Our shake machine isn't working. Do you mind just stirring it yourself?". I askedfor a refund and was given the wrong change again with attitude. Got my food and drove away. Got on the road and tried to eat.Onion rings (half French fries) were extremely crunchy and chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and had no lettuce on it. After being told to wait one minute- 5 minutes later they took our order BUT they first informed us only topping was pickles.... Order whopper w cheese meal- whopper junior w cheese. Get our order and a couple blocks away- I pulled out my WJC- no cheese-lettuce-tomato - mayo-ketchup and COLD..Husband W/C no pickles and nothing else- cheese not melted- cold but he did have a 1/2piece of bacon. Staff can't possibly be trained in customer service. Asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and he flat out lied that it was.... They give way too much priority to the drive through and make the dining room customers wait. This is not the first unpleasantexperience we have had at the Sterling location, but it will be the last. My bill came to $7 and some cents, I gave a $20 bill was giving $2 back for changed. I told her I gave her $20 (positive I did)... and she started arguing saying I gave her a $10. She claimed the only money she had in her draw was a $10 bill. I ask her ?there is no 20 dollar bills in her draw? she stated again the only money she had in her draw was a 10 dollar bill (that ishard believe) . She shut the window on me. I called the store and asked to talk to the manager, and of course it was the samelady that waited on me. She hung up on me. She called me back a few minutes later and told me I can drive back there and get the$10 that I?m owed. And that she was busy at time when I was there. I was the only customer there inside and at the drive thur. I am not the type of person that complains but this situation was so ridiculous and embarrassing to her and Burger King . Nothappy !!! July 24 2022 - 1 Star - Bad Establishment and Service Usually I won?t leave reviews like this, Especially about Burger King... because Usually they are really good, but this one in Sterling Colorado was Horrible! First the employees were slow, I get it,it?s hard working all day, only problem? It wasn?t even Busy! 4 Employees were working there (as Of my knowledge) and they stilltook forever, we waited in the drive through and they told us ?Just a minute? it was like 5-7 minutes! We went in and the floorsweren?t clean, tables were a bit dirty. The bathroom (Men?s) was nasty, trash was full, Flys were inside, and toilets were fullof stuff. We go to order and I see on the wait sign 2 orders, they were basic to, one going for 8 minutes and another for 6!After we payed for our food and went to sit down, it took a additional 10-15 minutes just to receive our food! Once we got thefood they Messed up our order! They forgot some food, we go back and tell them, they acknowledged. A minute later one of theemployees call our number again, and we said we aready got the food, she said ?Oh really? Wow? sounding like she was high (notto be mean or rude) I wasn?t positive if she was really high or not though. We go and pick up the final sandwich and go to eat,we did get some Chicken Jr?s and there was barley any Mayo on it! After getting extra Mayo and eating, it went fine from there,the food was still good. I've only been to this location once, so maybe this is just a one time occurrence? I get there, and they are out of just about... everything on their menu. No fries, sprite, chicken patties, and a few other things. I decided to order their 2 for 6 with 2quarter pounders. I get to the window, and then they inform me their machine for whopper patties is not working, so instead, Igot 2 small cheeseburgers. I can totally understand being out of one or two things, but when half of your menu is gone, it makesit really tough on the person ordering. I don't believe I will be visiting this burger King again anytime soon. Only reason for2 stars is because the food was okay, and the guy was nice about it. Read more
