This is an all around great chicken fast food to restaurant. Nice clean establishment. The staff is most always very nice and... helpful. A great place for the family to enjoy a chicken meal. Oh yeah, don't forget about the free desert, soft serve icecream cones! Woohoo! Read more

There were 2 cars in front of me. I was in line for 30 minutes after placing my order. The girl at the window didn't offer any... explanation nor apology. She also didn't repeat my order back to me or greet me at all, just opened the window, staring out atme for a moment before saying my total (not confirming my order, just demanding payment.) The only other words she said were"drink" and "straw" as she handed each of those to me, and then nothing while she handed back my card, handed me my food, andclosed the window without so much as a thank you. I've worked customer service for 12 years, and I know for a fact that it's nothard to apologize for a wait or thank someone for their business. EDIT TO ADD: I just tried this location again because I neverlearn. I tried calling first to make sure they were open and got no answer. I waited a few minutes and called again, just incase maybe they just didn't get to the phone in time. The voicebox is full by the way. Still no answer. I had to pass by to gethome anyway so I saw they were open and went through the drive thru. They need a new speaker box because I had to repeat myorder multiple times for them to get it right. 2 fried legs. No, not two 30 pieces. 2 legs that are fried. No, not a 3 piecewith 2 legs and 1 thigh, I don't eat thighs. Just a 2 piece, both legs. No, not a 2 piece with a leg and a thigh. I. Do. Not.Eat. Thighs. I want 2 legs. And a Dr pepper. It was finally correct on the screen. At the window, I asked if the phone wasmessed up because I had tried to call ahead. No, they just don't answer it. Cool. I wish I could just ignore the phone at myjob. There were no other issues this time and I was only in line for 15 minutes after placing my order. Read more
I ordered a breast wing mashed potatoes and green beans a jalapeno and a sweet tea so I got my food and had jalapeno poppers... green beans and a leg and thigh. Went back and ordered mashed potatoes again so I ate what was there and left starving becauseyou don't get much chicken on a leg and thigh. Dining room is closed most of the time and it's a real pain to park get out walkup and the door is locked. I'll never go there again Read more
They have a big sign stating that the dining room is open but then you get there and it's all closed on the inside due to short... staffing. I've worked in fast food. It really only takes one person to run the dining room and keep it clean. Either way, justtake down the sign because it's not true. Read more
