Wish I could give zero stars but that?s not an option. This was the worst experience ever. Went through the drive thru, being... the only car in line. Waited for at least 20-25 minutes on two burgers, a fry and onion ring with two drinks. 1st drink had 3cubes of ice, 2nd drink was filled half way and had to ask if I could have the cup actually filled. Requested if the whopper hadno mayo or tomatoes and The boy working the drive thru said there was no mayo or tomatoes. Finally after getting the order, ofcourse there was mayo and tomatoes, other burger was wrong, cold fries and onion rings which handling fries, witnessed they donot wear gloves. Took it inside to Victor to complain about the food and requested money back and food corrected. Said hecouldn?t do both but had to call the General Manager. Walked away and waited to see what was going on, said the general managerhad to call corporate which makes no sense. So waiting there, got victor name and said he couldn?t provide the drive thru boyname because it was against the law because he was 15 but his name tag Taylan was clear in sight which Victor made a point tolet me know that Taylan was the general manager son? as it mattered. Asked victor to just give me my money so I could leaveafter 40 minutes of being there. Asked what the hold up was, had to wait for the general manager to arrive to get a refund.Finally the general manager showed up in her pjs and flip flops to issue a refund which total time was almost an hour. Let herknow that her employees need to wear gloves and not handle food with their hands. Was never told sorry from the general manageror anything, just gave me cash back because it couldn?t go back on my card since so much time passed. Just a heads up that Iwould never come back here. Order 2 of the new Southwest Bacon Whopper:?A quarter-pound flame-grilled... beef patty with avocado spread, crispy?bacon, seasoned?tortilla strips, American cheese, lettuce,?sliced white onions, tomatoes,and creamy spicy sauce?on a?toasted sesame seed bun and 2 fries ,BUT not close but the what was in the bag was a sesame seedbun. 2 patties with bacon and cheese and ketchup. Least I got my sweet teas and fries . Why order if you're not going to getwhat you want. Went inside to place my order because I wanted to take my time looking at the menu. The inside was clean, the bathroom was... clean, but if it?s not busy, and they don?t stock things, I can understand why it?s clean. This has to be the WORST BK I?vebeen to, as far as service goes. Not one employee seemed like they knew what was going on, and it wasn?t even busy! Noleadership, and the one I?m assuming was the manager seemed just as lost as everyone else. No personalities from the employees,and they were severely lacking in interaction skills. Honestly, if I didn?t know any better, they all seemed like they were onsomething (and not weed). I spent 17 minutes waiting on my order, and my fries were cold. There were nocondiments/supplies/napkins/etc available for the customers to get, without waiting forever for an employee to acknowledge youso they could get it from behind the counter. The soda machine was ?out of order?, I also had to wait for an employee to take mydrink to refill it, which took probably 3 minutes or more. They were NOT busy, at all. It was myself, and one other gentlemen,and one car at drive thru. My assumption is, just by looking around, they don?t want customers to feel comfortable there, theywant them to eat in their cars/or use the drive thru. I usually have good things to say about the stephenville location but man... Tonight we ordered two whoppers and 2- 8 piece... nuggets. The nuggets were soooo old and dry they were like dog biscuits. The whoppers we're supposed to have no sauce one didone didn't??? Why not just make a new bun instead of ruining the order???? Cmon people Read more
Burger King staff, management and employees, are the worst in Stephenville Tx. They are always running around like they are... lost. Not friendly. Definitely not professional. I have worked fast food places when I was younger so I know it?s a toughbusiness; however, it does not justify their lack of customer service skills. At least acknowledge when someone walks in ormakes it to the register stand. I did not even make it to the register to order. They never waited on me and a couple ofothers waiting. This Burger King was the best around. The wait in the Drive Thru might have been a little longer than expected. But, the food... was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly. Then I forgot to get my Ranch dressing so I went into the store to ask for some.The front counter staff member was very kind and helpful. I was impressed at how clean the inside dining room was so a weeklater I went inside to eat. The front counter guy was hilarious and he made the entire experience even better. You can tell thatthe staff all get along and work well together. It was a great experience both times! Read more
Great service. Really nice to customers. Went to sit in car in cold weather and they brought our food out to us.
