Ordered a med dec coffee black with a vanilla shot, asked to 1/4 fill with ice and drove up to window and my coffee was ice... cold, the worker on drive throu was very rude she even said "oh my god what do you want" after I ordered... She was not verynice at all. Read more
Has there been new staff hired here? The coffee seems to have gotten way better these days but the donuts now have such an odd... distinctive taste I cannot describe. But I know it isn't the same as it was before & it's a different taste from the donuts atthe other Tim Horton's at Esso. Read more
Rewards did not upload a weekly deal properly and the staff did not seem to know how to correctly clear the issue. I paid full... price for my order instead of the rewards price of approximately $5 savings. Staff at the Stephenville, NL location always seemto be in such a rush that they do not use manners of please or thank-you. Customers are just pushed through without muchcourtesy. Read more
Most menu items are out of my budget range to try, but the coffee is good. I do have a suggestion that, rather than using... sleeves on their cups, that they try insulated cups so that they dont have to double cup at all. Read more
Product and service are great. Used to take my kids here though and I've found that it's not that family friendly most of the... time nowadays. Unless you want your kids to learn some new curse words. Read more
