I went to this location arrived i drive thru at 7:37pm. I did not even get my order taken until 8:12pm kids poppin meal,... taters and brisk. I waited at the window for 20 mins without ever being acknowledged nor having my money taken. I watched as theman on drive thru avoided making eye co tact with me, he ducked to the back a cpl times to have a drink while the only otherperson I saw was serving front counter and bagging all orders for both drive thru and counter. Usually it isnt THAT bad hereand I think it had to do with the Santa parade and a huge influx of people getting take out BUT as a business owner or managerthat should have been accounted for and EXTRA staff should have been put on along with having chicken ready not only puttingdown a batch per order. In total I was in the drive thru for 1+ hours. That is unacceptable for fast food. Read more

The drive thru is not the best laid out but the food is good and the service is always polite. Keeps me coming back!

This Mary Browns used to be amazing, when I went back home not the same as I remember.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Last time I ate there at stephenville location my big Mary was raw in the middle and... wasn?t made right. I called in and got it replaced and when I picked it up it was burnt. My taters always taste like soap, whichdoesn?t surprise me considering a previous employee told me that the dish liquid drips into the sink they make the taters in.Every time I ask for fries they?re always cold, if I ask for extra anything (cheese, mayo, salt..) I get almost nothing on myfood. Mary browns will get me back as a customer at this location when the Manager gets replaced with someone who knows how torun the place, and when they figure out how to make things the way they?re intended. I always enjoy their food no matter which one I've eaten at. The service was great and so was the food. The taters were a little... salty, but that maybe do to the fact that I don't eat a lot of salt. I do recommend visiting this place. Read more

I recently downloaded the online App and as quoted on its promotion " to avoid lineups" I ordered and paid for my families meal.... The pick up time as confirmed online was supposed to be 4:15. I arrived 5 minutes early only to be told it would be at least 15more minutes and that my order was " far down in the que". As i waited i watched as "drive through" orders and "in store" orderswere being filled. I was the only costumer waiting for an online order. I am pretty sure a drive through order would not havebeen in front of my order "in the que" or nor should have new costumers ordering at the counter. I had already paid online for the $60 order so could not cancel and leave. I waited for 28 minutes making me late for an appointment. Not happy with that orthe fact that when i finally got the order the server put 4 cans of pop and 4 salads in the smallest paper bag behind thecounter and before i got into my car the whole side of the bag ripped open and it went everywhere !! If the APP option isavailable at your store then to live up to its purpose of avoiding lineups and wait time I believe your store needs to reviewhow these orders can be fulfilled by the pick up time stated and confirmed to the costumer.
