The food is always delicious, and the service is always friendly. However, if you aren't good and hungry when you get there, you... sure will be by the time you're food arrives. This is a place that needs to provide pre-meal snacks or bread because preparationtakes a while. Worth it, but be prepared to wait. Read more

was served rotten salad, the manager on duty rudely told me it was just wilted because they oven roast their salads. she said... this from several feet away so the other tables could hear her shaming me for complaining about the orange rotten spots in mysalad. Super embarrassing, and I couldn't believe a manager acted so rudely. My server was wonderful and apologized for hermanagers behaviour. Sad that she had too. Read more
We sat on the patio, surrounded by an extensive garden with a large rock fireplace. The food was fresh and had a lot of... different ingredients. I enjoyed the combination of flavours that came from the herbs, spices, and oils. The staff was nice,professional, and hardworking. The experience was simply lovely! Read more
Very tasty food that was well prepared! We shared the veggie appetizer (balsamic dressing and goat cheese were excellent) and... the daily special of a meat lovers calzone with the cobb salad (both very good. Great service from very friendly staff in anice setting. Read more
Food is excellent, but I am posting this review about an interaction we had with a staff member. When our server was at our... table she was coughing, making my wife uncomfortable. When my wife asked if the server could put a mask on she was told that "Wedon't have masks here." My wife also saw the server carrying our water glasses with her fingers inside the glass (this wasbefore they were full) and without washing her hands after her coughing. My wife then asked for us to have a different server.Our meal went very well. After I had paid I overheard the same server complaining about my wife's request to another staffmember. I calmly confronted the staff member to explain why my wife requested what she did and the server got very upset withme, implying that we were hypocrites as we didn't wear a mask, saying that her coughing was only clearing her throat and thatshe had washed her hands in the back. We had no issue with the server personally but her behavior had made my wifeuncomfortable. Indeed, I was very satisfied with the server's description of her actions taken (i.e. washing her hands in theback), I am sure they follow the standards quite well. But when I told her that the way she was speaking to me and about my wifedid not reflect positively on the establishment, she did not apologize and instead accused us of malicious intent, saying thatshe could have gotten in trouble because we asked for a different server. I apologized, for this was not my intention and left,as I could see the server was still upset with me. Our dining experience was wonderful, the food was excellent, and we havemany memories in Chinos as it was the place where my wife and I had our first date. Unfortunately this experience has souredthese memories. To think that none of this frustration would have happened if I had not overheard the server talkingdisrespectfully about my wife and confronted her makes me sad.
