After receiving the email that my order was ready to pick up, I arrived to find it incomplete. By the time I was given my... missing item, my pizza was cold. I arrived home to find that they made my ultimate supreme pizza without pepperoni or sausage. Itried to call the store, but spent over 10 minutes on hold with no answer. Not once have I been able to order online and pick itup from this location (Steger) without having to interact with the staff to complete, fix, or hand me my order. Read more
Ordered a pizza and wings online. Got an email that it was done. Show up and they have the lobby locked so no one can go in and... pick up their order. So then I had to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes.. mind you my food was done before I evengot there. Get up to the window, tell the guy my name, he then goes to the warming rack, grabs a pizza and wings, and takes itto the back. Someone else then comes to the window to tell me to pull up because my food was not done? I told her that the emailsaid it was done and that the guy grabbed my food but it must?ve been wrong. She said no it?s not done. So now I?m 30+ minutesinto the drive through. I told her I didn?t want it and wanted my money back? smh this place is a joke. They Can?t even get thesimplest stuff right. I came to get my pizza that I ordered online and while waiting for the employees to open the door they are just yelling at each... other. It was some girl with a heart tattoo by her eye, anyways. It took them a long time opening the door it wasn?t even10:00pm not even 9:30. These employees need training or you need to hire new employees that value their job. When the lady wasyelling at the man she kept on looking in my direction as if I was gonna agree with anything she was saying. I made my order to the app, and wanted to have the pizza well done but there's nowhere on the app to have that info. So I called... them and drove to the store while on hold and when I walked in I asked them if their phone was ringing and she said "we don'tanswer the phone". So, don't call them just order online. The Pizza was good, and ready when I arrived. She said they keep theextra most bestest in the oven a little bit longer anyway so it was just like I like it. Read more
The young person at the register was very slow and spoke very soft. He wore a mask but the kitchen workers I seen weren't. The... store was clean. I thought what I ordered would be ready to go and the cashier didn't tell me there'd be a wait. I was drippingsweat because of how hot it was inside. Went today they don?t answer the phone, when asked they say we don?t answer the phone! Can?t order online because you can?t... customize your order! So I had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru because inside of only open for pick up, all to get MY ORDERWRONG! Went back to drive thru spoke with Manager she was nice, but whoever remade my pizza doesn?t listen to orders, lite saucemeans lite sauce, I should not have sauce oozing out of every slice!!! Absolutely garbage customer service. Ordered a single Italian cheese bread using the app and had to wait 40 mins total, 20 mins... past my scheduled pick up time. There's NEVER been a time that my order was both correct or on time. It's either one or ftheother with this terribly managed place. Who ever is in charge of the flow of this store should be embarrassed. The owner of thislocation clearly doesn't care. And it makes it worse if this place is a corporately ran location. Read more
