After receiving the email that my order was ready to pick up, I arrived to find it incomplete. By the time I was given my... missing item, my pizza was cold. I arrived home to find that they made my ultimate supreme pizza without pepperoni or sausage. Itried to call the store, but spent over 10 minutes on hold with no answer. Ordered a pizza and wings online. Got an email that it was done. Show up and they have the lobby locked so no one can go in and... pick up their order. So then I had to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes.. mind you my food was done before I evengot there. Get up to the window, tell the guy my name, he then goes to the warming rack, grabs a pizza and wings, and takes itto the back. Someone else then comes to the window to tell me to pull up because my food was not done? I told her that the emailsaid it was done and that the guy grabbed my food but it must?ve been wrong. I came to get my pizza that I ordered online and while waiting for the employees to open the door they are just yelling at each... other. It was some girl with a heart tattoo by her eye, anyways. It took them a long time opening the door it wasn?t even10:00pm not even 9:30. These employees need training or you need to hire new employees that value their job. When the lady wasyelling at the man she kept on looking in my direction as if I was gonna agree with anything she was saying. I made my order to the app, and wanted to have the pizza well done but there's nowhere on the app to have that info. So I called... them and drove to the store while on hold and when I walked in I asked them if their phone was ringing and she said "we don'tanswer the phone". So, don't call them just order online. Absolutely garbage customer service. Ordered a single Italian cheese bread using the app and had to wait 40 mins total, 20 mins... past my scheduled pick up time. There's NEVER been a time that my order was both correct or on time. It's either one or ftheother with this terribly managed place.
