The horrible service/rude old lady at Subway comments are no joke! Malissa was so inconvenienced to make me a salad last night... I took my business elsewhere. If Malissa remains in the customer service industry, somebody really should explain to her thatthe customer is NOT an interruption to her work day.. the customer IS THE REASON for her work day. Food was fine, but service was a little slow (due to being understaffed).
