i thought this was fast food why is does it take 20 mins to get an order
Doesn't matter if you order 4 meals or one meal, you will be asked to pull up. They forget your stuff almost 7 out of 10 tens.... Or just not take your order right. They have you pull up so they can make their times look good even tho you are waiting foratleast 10 minutes for an employee to bring your food out. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Manager/shift leader answering face time calls while there were 7 or 8 people in line. Then... when I realized the drink machines were out in the lobby I asked for a coke from the drive thru line and was answered with ashort " were out" then just walked off. she had put in at least 3 more orders behind mine with no mention of water being theonly thing they had. To top it off the chicken biscuit wasn't cooked fully. One bite in was like chewing through rubber. Thisplace is terrible. Read more
Over dry eggs. Never had over dry eggs in my life. Worst experience and I love Hardee?s.
Employee was on her cell phone. Making it much slower to get service. Food was good. The portions were huge. The slow service... and lackadaisical attitudes detract for an otherwise good restaurant. Read more
Pretty expensive for nothing new. I went for milkshakes & they had NO ice cream. Kind of disappointing. Ordered the French Fries... and they were absolutely DELICIOUS!! 10/10!!! Didn't even need to use ketchup!! Fair like Fries fresh cut & amazing! Service wasfast & kind. Read more
As I was ordering I asked for a shake and the lady told me she doesn't have time to do a shake. Then, she said pull around and... wouldn't even let me finish my order. She didn't have a name tag on but Shenisa was the name on the receipt. When I got to thewindow she stated she never said anything... Not going back there anymore!!! Read more
